What our customers say

We regularly survey our customers and ask them for feedback on our performance, so we can keep improving our service.

We ask them to score us on the following attributes: communication, response times, vehicle availability, service and price. They score us using the following scale: 1, terrible; 2, poor; 3, average; 4, good; and 5 excellent.
